Why?

To help transform an R&D team of global FMCG company from a commodity consumer goods company to a technology & devices company, we created a roadmap and a vision for attracting and retaining great people.

How?

We spoke to employees about the current culture and identified the forces shaping R&D organisations’ futures. We also interviewed experts in workplace design, workplace wellbeing and organisational behaviour, before defining a new organisational operating system. Working with the employees, we created a vision and roadmap for getting there.
